Tatiana is an experienced residential appraiser with over 20 years of servicing the Greater Toronto Area. Tatiana's area of focus consists of residential appraisal for mortgage financing, litigation support, family law matters, and estate tax planning.
Tatiana frequently provides opinions of value for high value residential properties, as well as unique assignments and stigma quantification. Overseeing a team of appraisers and candidates, Tatiana has established relationships with prominent appraisal management companies, brokers and industry professionals, and is an approved appraiser for most lenders.
Alisa Zorina, MBA, CPA, CA, CBV, CFF, AACI P. App - Partner
Alisa is an experienced appraiser, accountant and business valuation professional. With over 10 years of experience, her area of focus consists of commercial real estate valuation for litigation support, family law matters, mortgage financing, financial reporting and estate tax planning.
A frequent contributor to the education and accreditation process, Alisa assists with course content and professional development materials for UBC Real Estate Division, as well as being involved in the membership qualification process at the CBV Institute. On week nights, Alisa shares her wealth of knowledge and experience as an accounting instructor at the University of Toronto.
